Please download and print a copy of OUR APPLICATION (Excel format). This needs to be filled out and signed. Also, you need to read, print out and initial a copy of our RENTAL POLICY (Word format).
Once you have printed out these documents, filled them out and signed and initialed as necessary, please drop them off at The Mansions at Hockanum Crossing rental office with a $100 payment for the application fee.
Your application will not be processed until your $100 payment is received.
If your application is approved, then the $100 initial deposit will go towards your first month's rent. If for some reason your application is not approved, you will receive $50 back. Finally, you'll forfeit the entire $100 if your application is approved, an apartment is reserved on your behalf and then you back out later on.
