Brownstone Apartments offers one-bedroom flats in bi-level buildings consisting
of four apartments.
These are the largest one-bedrooms in our community offering 680 square feet
of living space.
These style apartments currently rent for $825 including heat and hot water.
There is a common hallway shared by all four apartments in the building.
Each unit features a fully applianced kitchen including an electric range,
built-in microwave over the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a large stainless
steel sink with garbage disposal.
These apartments come with an extra storage room in the basement of the adjacent
building. Also, there are coin-operated washers and dryers available in the
basements.
